As its first of its genre, James Bond is a "lady's man" or more properly "ladies' man", hence the sexual content. Women wear low cuts and tight cleavages.

There is a scene where a woman, fully-clothed, lays on top of a shirtless man. They kiss and roll around. It is implied they spend the night together. The same woman is found murdered, nude, on a hammock; nothing is seen. A mans privates gets whipped but nothing is seen. This scene, not sexual, was created as a torture and may create uneasiness for many viewers as the pain exibited is intense. It was really exciting when he was running after the truck and hanging off of it. However, one question is about to be answered. How can this movie be flawed? Well, there are 2 answers! And the movie was way more intense when they were NOT just screwing around with the poker chips!

I mean, some of it has to do with the plot. My second reason is that icky, irritating dialogue between Bond and his love interest, Vesper Lynd. Especially that whole 7-minute section towards the end where Bond and Vesper take vacations and fall in love.

Talk about a dramatic failure. However, this scene totally succeeded in being comedic. But right after the sections that dragged, the movie picks right back up again with a good direction to the story.
